Silver Step Falls, Jones Gap, Rainbow Falls, Coldspring Branch 11.5 miles according to All Trails 2647' elevation gain according to All Trails. MPH: 2 to 3mph If you would like to form carpools GNHA hikers located in Greenville gather at 5000 Old Buncombe Rd., Greenville, SC. Beginning from the Silver Step Falls trailhead, we will take Jones Gap Trail to Rainbow Falls and return via Coldspring's Branch Trail. Our pace will be moderate at 2 to 3mph depending on what section of the trail we are hiking. If you have not hiked with me in the past, I will contact you and inquire of your recent hiking adventures. VVS (Very, Very Strenuous) 12.5 miles Elevation Gain: 2680 feet
