Mosaic of Art: Exhibition Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

About this event

“Mosaic of Art” is a 6-week collaborative art exhibition elevating Hispanic and Latino artists across the region. This year’s guest curator Antonio Modesto (an inaugural Brandon Fellow, Palmetto Luna artist scholarship recipient, public historian, content creator, and fine art photographer) has selected an array of artworks celebrating diverse explorations of heritage, identity and expression.

Be sure to attend between 10/2 and 11/7 to cast your vote for the people’s choice prize (where one artist will receive a $250 prize for their work), and show up on opening night where the curator’s choice award will be announced (sponsored by Palmetto Luna Arts)!

All artwork will be available for sale, and a portion of this year’s proceeds will be donated to the Hispanic Alliance in support of the hard work they do for the community.

Mosaic of Art features work from: Yelitza Diaz, Shakira Olivera Bautista, Selene Paschoal, Orlando Corona, Nic Salazar, Mattie Rodriguez, Marta Leon-Bonilla, Mabel Sonia Zapata, Laura Lezllo, Laura Amezquita, Frank Zwolinski, Carla Henriquez, and Amanda Cortina.

First Friday Art Party and Opening Reception: October 2nd 6pm-9pm
