Join us for a day of purpose, fitness, and community at the Friendship & Service 5K, presented by the Omega Limited Scholarship Foundation. This exciting event brings people together to promote health, unity, and service while supporting the Upstate Circle of Friends.

Whether you’re an experienced runner or just looking for a fun way to get active, this event has something for everyone. Participate in the 5K Run & Walk, or bring the whole family out for the 1-mile fun run designed especially for kids and seniors.
