Kroc Greenville is hosting a Soul Reset Dry Sound Bath in partnership with Free Dive Carolina and Serenity Sound Therapy on Nov. 13 at 6 p.m.

In a first-of-its-kind event at Kroc Greenville, Channce Baca of Freedive Carolina and Leshell Smith of Serenity Sound Therapy will guide participants through a unique experience that blends breathwork and sound therapy, offering an opportunity to slow down, reset and give the nervous system a much-needed break.
