Saluda The Musical

About this event

To celebrate MPT’s 10th anniversary this upcoming November, we are presenting a revival of Saluda, the Musical: A Historic Depiction of Our Town. The play was a great success as our first production and will return bigger and better due to the state-of-the-art capabilities of our theater, the talented combination of YAK children and Mountain Page Players adult cast, and our exceptional production team.

Saluda, the Musical spans over a century of well-researched history, highlighting the most significant events since the arrival of settlers to a land inhabited by native Americans. The story unfolds as each scene takes you on a journey through time with dramatic and humorous performances, an original musical score performed live, exciting dance sequences, and the sense of community that arises as we come together to recognize the incredible resilience of this land and its people.
